Meet the Team
John Rodas
Owner
John Rodas, founder of Old Dominion Pizza in Arlington and Fairfax City, began his pizza journey in 1983 at Mom's Pizza – Arlington's first delivery pizza shop. After a 30-year career rising to Vice President of Operations for a 75-store chain, John left the corporate world to pursue his dream of owning a local pizzeria. He launched Old Dominion Pizza in January 2019, focusing on fresh ingredients, community involvement, and creating a fun, supportive workplace. John also serves as Chairman of the Old Town Fairfax Business Association, working to revitalize the city's shopping and dining scene.
Idries ElHasan
General Manager / Arlington, VA
Idries began his management career with Starbucks in the mid-90s before moving into the pizza industry, where he first worked with founder John Rodas. After stepping away in 2016 to pursue other interests and start a family, Idries reunited with John just as Old Dominion Pizza was launching. Passionate about great pizza and team culture, Idries has been a key part of the shop's success, helping build strong operations and a talented crew.
Patrick Murphy
General Manager / Fairfax City, VA
A Chicago native, Patrick brought his passion for pizza to the East Coast, becoming one of the youngest franchisees to own two corporate chain locations in Maryland. After stepping back to focus on family, he reunited with John in 2022 to help launch Old Dominion's second location, which opened in April 2023 and quickly became a Fairfax favorite.

Yes! We have our own in-house drivers to deliver locally. Please visit the Online Orders page and select the location nearest you to see if your address is in our delivery area.
